Our custom design process is meticulously curated to provide you with a one-of-a-kind and personal experience, making each step of your journey as unique and sentimental as the piece you envision. We start with an intimate consultation, either in-store or virtually, where we take the time to get to know you, your inspirations, and the story behind your vision. Our expert designers then collaborate with you to select the perfect materials, gemstones, and design elements, ensuring every choice reflects your individual style and taste.
THE PROCESS
Throughout the process, you will be actively involved, from the creation of initial sketches to reviewing detailed renderings of your design. Within nine working days, your design specialist will present a custom design tailored to your specifications for your approval. Once you are happy with the design, our artisans will begin the creation process, which can take between two to four weeks, depending on material availability and our jewellers' schedule. Throughout this period, we will keep you updated on the progress of your bespoke piece.
