PERSONALITY
Our bespoke design process is a celebration of you. From the very first consultation, whether in-store or virtually, we immerse ourselves in your story—your inspirations, your vision, your essence. This is where your journey begins: an intimate conversation about what matters most to you, translating your dreams into a design that’s as individual as you are.
We go beyond simply designing beautiful jewellery; we infuse meaning into every element. Whether it's the power of gemstones, numerology, spirituality, faith, astrology, or any other detail that resonates with you, we incorporate these personal touches into your design. Perhaps it’s your partner's initials engraved within the piece, or all your children's birthstones gathered in one necklace. Maybe it’s your mother’s favourite flower thoughtfully integrated into a ring’s gallery. This is jewellery fuelled by meaning—reflecting your past, your future, and your aspirations, all captured in a timeless, wearable form.
THE PROCESS

Throughout the process, you will be actively involved, from the creation of initial sketches to reviewing detailed renderings of your design. Within nine working days, your design specialist will present a custom design tailored to your specifications for your approval. Once you are happy with the design, our artisans will begin the creation process, which can take between two to four weeks, depending on material availability and our jewellers' schedule. Throughout this period, we will keep you updated on the progress of your bespoke piece.

YOUR STORY
We honour the ancient elements of nature, embedding each design with representations of your dreams and aspirations. Whether you are nearby or connecting with us from afar, we are dedicated to making your custom jewellery journey an exceptional experience, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece that celebrates your unique story and something you will cherish forever.
“Jewellery must have meaning and relevance in our lives. This essence is at the heart of our designs. It is only natural that people should be involved in that process to produce pieces that are uniquely special to them”
- Jenna Clifford
