Returns Policy – Jenna Clifford

JENNA CLIFFORD DESIGNS RETURNS POLICY

We understand that judging the size, look and feel of a jewellery item online can be tricky, therefore, we offer a full refund for unworn items, returned in their original packaging with all tags and packaging intact within 15 working days of delivery. This includes Sale items and Special Offers purchased.

Engraved and “Made to Order” items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item/s please contact us by sending an email to customercare@jennaclifford.com, stating your full name, order number and a reason for the return. We will then be in contact with you to arrange the collection of the unwanted items by courier. Please note that goods purchased online must be returned following this process and cannot be returned at Jenna Clifford boutiques and counters.

Please do not mail or courier items to us. If we do not receive the item or it is lost in transit we will not be able to process a refund or exchange for you.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned items and provided all items are returned meeting return conditions, the method of payment originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery and return charges (*exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt, pending the necessary checking of your returned order. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. Bank transfer refund methods will require 3-5 working days to be processed. Please contact us if your account has not been credited successfully after 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@jennaclifford.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@jennaclifford.com. Please note that goods purchased online cannot be exchanged at Jenna Clifford boutiques and counters.

Should you wish to return an item and purchase something else, please follow the returns process above, and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
